There is no room in IKON’s kitchen for mass-produced raw materials, we do not use prefabricated, frozen foods disgraced in microwave ovens to place on the table for our guests. Ornellaia Bolgheri Superior 2006

Produced by Tenuta dell Ornellaia, this is a Bordeaux grape blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot which was harvested between August ( Merlot) and October for the Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 1 week followed by maceration on the skins for 10-15 days.
