Mussels in white wine have become one of the emblematic dishes of this newly opened, ambitious restaurant in Debrecen. Decorated in a key of cool elegance with grey and black shades, large mirrors and soft carpets, a fireplace and leather armchairs, it offers an international, state-of-the-art spread, using pure raw materials, lots of fish, good technologies and expertise and discipline in preparation. The output proved impressive, delicious and creative on repeated testing. Altogether a place just right as it is. Let us hope it does well.
