Our Garden
♻️ At the beginning of 2021, we created a chemical-free garden, composting the restaurant's organic vegetable waste and trying to grow as many herbs, vegetables and fruits as possible for our own use.

♻️ Our greenhouse is heated by solar panels and our garden is supplied with water from a borehole.

We grow some of our herbs in a hydroponic system.
♻️ In our restaurant, we collect our waste separately and use only biodegradable cutlery and plates when we go out.
♻️ We have reduced the use of single-use plastics to zero.
♻️ Water served in the restaurant is provided by a modern water purification system, reducing our carbon footprint
